Levels of dimeric tumour necrosis factor receptor II (dTNFR) in the circulation. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to measure dTNFR levels in serum samples collected from mice treated with pGTTMIK at the end of the experiment (day 40). Individual samples are illustrated for both the doxycycline (Dox)-treated and untreated groups. The detection limit for the ELISA was 10 pg/ml.
