(top) HEp-2 cells were stained with human anti-Su serum (H100) and anti-GW182 monoclonal
antibody (4B6). Bar, 10 μm. (bottom) Hep-2 cells were stained with mouse anti-Su (9310B)
and human anti-GW182 (H20) sera. Note that the prototype human anti-GW182 (H20) serum
is known to have additional nuclear-envelope antibodies [35]. Bar, 20 μm.
