μM) and cultured for up to 16 hours in hypoxic conditions (1% O2). (b) HUVEC were cultured in normoxic (N) or hypoxic (H) conditions for 8 hours in the presence
(At) or absence of atorvastatin 0.25 μM. Total RNA was isolated, and northern blots
were prepared and probed for CD59 mRNA.
