Lining, lining layer and superficial subintima; sublining, perivascular infiltrates in sublining layer; aggregates, T and B cell aggregates with or without GC-like reaction. All evaluations were performed in areas characterised by a clear lymphocyte (anti-CD3 and anti-CD4 positive cells) infiltration (see also the Methods section and Fig. 3).
