Excel spreadsheets summarizing all of the genes upregulated (Delta > 1.8 and P < 0.01) and downregulated (Delta < 1.8 and P < 0.01) in ankle joints from SCW-induced arthritis in Lewis (LEW/N) rats on days -13.8 (4 hours after intra-articular injection of SCW), -13 and 3. Data are expressed as the mean fold increase in gene expression (D = Delta) in SCW-injected animals compared with the expression in the corresponding PBS control group, along with P values.
