Identification of kinectin as a novel Behçet's disease autoantigen Yu Lu, Ping Ye, Shun-le Chen, Eng M Tan, Edward KL Chan Arthritis Research & Therapy 2005, 7:R1133-R1139 (27 July 2005) Kinectin has been identified as an autoantigen in the sera of 23% of Chinese patients suffering from Behcet's disease, supporting the assumption that autoimmune processes may be involved in this disease.
