An Excel file containing a table that lists all the genes identified as hypervariable (HV) in patients vs controls. This includes 45 genes HV in healthy controls and stable or not expressed in untreated patients with active disease, 444 genes HV in untreated patients with active disease and stable or not expressed in healthy controls, and 122 genes HV in both groups. The 122 genes HV in both groups were used for subsequent analysis as described in the text. Gene names, accession number, and variability status in groups are shown.
