Analysis of mouse anti-fusion protein antibody response. (a) Schematic representation of the BIAcore experiment. F8-huIL10 or F8-muIL10 was immobilized on a microsensor chip. Plasma of mice treated with either the fully human F8-huIL10 or the chimeric F8-muIL10 fusion protein or positive control antibodies (anti-huIL10 or anti-muIL10) were passed over the different flow cells. (b) The flow rate over the sensor surface was 30 μl/minute for 3 minutes and the response was recorded 30 seconds after the end of the injection.
