Relative ratio of COL10A1 (A) and OC (B) gene expression in mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) cultured in chondrogenic differentiation medium without (control) or with 0.1 or 1.0 μg/ml Link N. The expression of COL10A1 was detected after the cells were cultured for 7, 14, or 21 days. The expression of OC was detected after the cells were cultured for 21 days.
