The serum progranulin (PGRN) levels are elevated in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus
(SLE). Serum PGRN levels in 68 patients with SLE and 60 healthy controls (HCs) are shown,
as measured with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The serum PGRN levels
in SLE patients were significantly higher than those in HCs.
