The module eigengenes of two modules - Turquoise (3,981 genes) and Grey (3,011 genes) - are significantly underexpressed in primary Sjögren's syndrome (pSS) patients compared with both non-pSS sicca patients and controls. Note that the Salmon module (446 genes) differs from the other two modules with respect to the non-pSS sicca patients, where the module eigengene is underexpressed compared with controls.
