Expression of CA1 in Saos-2 cells. The expression of CA1 in Saos-2 cells was determined by (A) western blotting and (B) real-time PCR. The expression levels were normalized to the expression of GAPDH. The transcription and translation of CA1 were significantly increased in Saos-2 cells cultured in the presence of OM, but decreased when the cells were incubated with 100 μM acetazolamide (AZ).
