Radiological destruction in 256 patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) at the time
of diagnosis, and after one and two years. Patients are divided into those with high levels of anti-native human collagen type
II (anti-CII) antibodies (n = 8, arrow in Figure 1B) and those with lower levels (n = 248). Horizontal bars indicate median levels. One patient in the anti-CII group
was not investigated at two years.
