Mice (n = 15 in each group) were injected i.a. with 1 U/mouse of collagenase on Day 0 and Day 2. Synovial extract was collected separately from each animal at Day 7 of CIOA and the level of several mediators was determined by ELISA; Student's t-test; ***P < 0.001 vs healthy mice.
