Effect of sPLA2I pre-treatment on joint swelling and lameness. Right knee joints of all sensitised rats were injected with antigen on Day 0. Knee widths (A) and gait scores (B) were recorded for each rat over 14 days. Treatment was commenced two days prior to arthritis induction and daily throughout.
