Following publication of our recent article [1] we noticed that the file provided as additional data file 2, the Symptom Impact Questionnaire (SIQR), was incorrect. The correct file is given here as additional data file 1.
Additional file 1. A PDF that provides the 2 page version of the FIQR that was used in the non-fibromyalgia patients; this questionnaire does not use the word 'fibromyalgia' and is termed the Symptom Impact Questionnaire (SIQR).
