A table listing the genes differentially expressed between T0 and T12 in the synovium of adalimumab-treated RA patients. Microarray data were analyzed on TMEV 4.0 after elimination of the genes with a flag absent in more than half the samples and selection of the 8,000 genes that displayed the widest inter-individual variations. In all patients, 254 genes were found to display significant differences in expression between T0 and T12 using Student's t-tests. Fold changes are the ratio between mean expression at T0 above mean expression at T12.
