Western blotting analysis of transitional endoplasmic reticulum ATPase (TERA). Synoviocytes prepared from a patient with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) were cultured
in the absence (a) or the presence (b) of neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin (NGAL) for 48 h. Proteins were extracted
and separated by two-dimensional electrophoresis (2-DE). The separated proteins were
blotted and detected with anti-TERA antibody. Arrows represent the protein spots decreased
after the NGAL treatment. Arrowheads represent the protein spots increased after the
NGAL treatment.
