Sera were taken on day 14 from mice immunised with recombinant human (rh) GPI, hGPI325–339 or hGPI325–339 plus hGPI544–558. The correlation between the titres of anti-GPI antibodies and arthritis score on day 14 were statistically analysed with the Spearman's rank correlation coefficient. In the case of five samples, Rho values above 0.900 indicate significant positive correlation between anti-mouse GPI antibody titres and arthritis score, whereas Rho values below -0.900 indicate significant negative correlation (p < 0.05). Five mice per group. Representative data of two independent experiments.
