sclerosis |

Advanced osteoarthritis with 50% narrowing of the joint space, manifest flattening
of the femoral condyles, osteophytes at the tibial plateau, tibial spine, intercondylar
notch and at the articular side of the inferior and superior pole of the patella.

Pronounced osteoarthrosis. Joint destruction with significant narrowing of the joint
