T-cell proliferation was abrogated by oxaliplatin treatment. T-cell proliferation
assay was performed with lymph node cells from DBA/1 mice immunized with ovalbumin
(OVA) Oxaliplatin was added to the cell culture and the proliferation was measured.
Oxaliplatin suppressed the proliferative response in a dose-dependent manner when
compared with controls.
