Oxaliplatin reduces both the incidence and severity of arthritis. Mice challenged
with collagen type II were treated with oxaliplatin (10 mg/kg) on day 31 PI Buffered
saline solutions served as controls. Significant differences were evident between
the oxaliplatin treated group and the control group. Oxaliplatin n = 19 (▪), control n = 20 (▫). (a) An additional dose of oxaliplatin prolonged the duration of reduced arthritis severity
but not the incidence of disease. (b) Mice challenged with collagen type II were treated with oxaliplatin (10 mg/kg) on

arthritis severity were evident between the oxaliplatin treated group and the control
